Our strains, our products and even our sales are selected and crafted to benefit you and your symptom management. MÜV MedTenders receive in-depth training to provide top-notch education to you and make educated cannabis product recommendations. And our Patient Care Team is no exception.
As Florida’s medical marijuana program grew and more patients added, we received feedback that reaching local dispensaries by phone was less than feasible. Long wait times and dropped calls unfortunately occurred, due to the pressing need to service the patients in stores. But the patients on hold were of no less importance. MÜV made the commitment to launching a call center, one that brings the same genuine care to Florida’s patients as our in-store MedTenders. Patient Care was added in 2019 as an integral member of the MÜV Family.
Think of MÜV Patient Care Team as a robust medical marijuana tool. They receive the same thorough training as our MedTenders to provide first-class education to Florida patients on cannabis in general, MÜV Products and answers to questions like “what dispensary is near me?” But, what we’re most proud of is the genuine care they convey. You hear it in their voice and, more impressive, their typed responses. You sense it in their follow up notes, and you feel it with every nugget of information they share, with every order they assemble and every potential issue they resolve. Now, you have the chance to put a face to the name.
With coronavirus still permeating throughout Florida and the world, providing covid-conscious support to our patients is of the utmost importance at MÜV. Patient Care is available 7 days a week, Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 8 PM EST and Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM EST via phone, email, live chat and virtual consultations.
Virtual Medical Marijuana Consultations
Consultations are a key feature of MÜV Medical Cannabis Dispensary for new patients. They are a chance to sit down one-on-one with a MedTender to discuss your ailments, symptoms and the MÜV Products that may suit your needs best, all in the privacy of our Consultation Room. Thanks to Patient Care Team, you can also receive a personal consultation from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Held via Zoom, virtual consultations with Patient Care are scheduled when it is most convenient for you. There is never a time restrictor with virtual consultations - Patient Care is there to service you and answer all your questions! Speaking of, at MÜV, there is no “dumb” question, and nothing you should ever be afraid to ask. The medical marijuana space is a difficult one to navigate, and Patient Care is here to help clear the smoke!
Not only will you benefit from MÜV product information, but demonstrations as well! Learn how to attach cartridges, navigate devices and open our child-proof packaging. In addition, your Patient Care Team Representative will take you on a guided tour of your Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR) profile and point out key pieces to ensure your profile remains up to date, like your card’s expiration date, your open recommendations and past purchases at dispensaries in Florida.
After you select a date and time, a team member will email confirmation of your appointment and the link to access the consultation. Patients should note that all virtual consultations will be recorded for quality assurance purposes. Also of note, if you plan to attend the consultation on your phone, you will need to download the Zoom app.
Following your consultation, your Patient Care team representative can send an overview of your discussion to keep as your personal medical marijuana guide. You will even receive your team representative’s direct line for future assistance!
