NEW Cannabis Milk And Dark Chocolates Flavors Jump to Recipe
Discreet. Long-lasting effects. Tasty.
There’s a multitude of reasons patients enjoy dosing with edibles, but taste has to be top of the list. The cannabis category has grown tremendously since Alice B. Toklas’ publishing of her “hash fudge” recipe to include less calorie- and sugar-heavy fruit-flavored soft chews, lozenges, mints, and even beverages. Chocolate, though, still reigns supreme, perhaps because its rich flavors are adept at masking the either deeply cherished or despised cannabis taste.
If you fall into the chocolate-loving family, do we have news for you. We’re unwrapping new cannabis chocolates flavors: Raspberry Dark Chocolate, Peppermint Dark Chocolate, and Caramel Milk Chocolate.
Raspberry Dark Chocolates
Dark Chocolate is rich, sharp, and bold. Fruits often add a tart taste to the deeply complex cocoa. Raspberry was the perfect pairing with MÜV cannabis Dark Chocolates. Physical fruit is not added to the chocolates due to state rules, but rest assured - the flavor is achieved with all natural ingredients. And, Raspberry Dark Chocolates are both vegan and gluten free.
Each piece is individually wrapped to ensure freshness, and conveniently segmented for easy dosing of 5mg.
Peppermint Dark Chocolates
Is there anything more festive than peppermint during the holiday season? We think not – that's why we’re putting the holiday season into high gear with Peppermint Dark Chocolates!
Peppermint lends a delicate bite to rich dark chocolate, and tastes just like peppermint bark. Achieved by adding natural peppermint flavoring to our Dark Chocolates formula, the taste is one patients are sure to savor. Make sure you do so soon – Peppermint Dark Chocolate is available for a limited time only!
Caramel Milk Chocolates
Some would argue that milk chocolate and caramel go hand-in-hand, and those some would be right! Caramel lends a deep, buttery richness to already creamy milk chocolate, compounding to a taste reminiscent of a Rolo.
Unlike Rolos, Caramel Milk Chocolates are not filled with caramel due to Florida edibles rules. The chocolates are infused with natural caramel flavoring – the only difference in ingredients between Caramel Milk Chocolates and Milk Chocolates.

What Are The Effects Of Cannabis Edibles?
One of the most fascinating aspects of using cannabis is the effects it provides vary depending on how you use it. Inhaling is the most common – effects are felt almost immediately as the vaporized cannabinoids travel through your airways to your lungs, where they are absorbed into the bloodstream via alveoli.
Orally dosing cannabis, however, is a different story. Just as with food, cannabinoids are digested when eaten and, as you’re aware, digestion is not instantaneous. It starts in the stomach, where food is broken down. This food is then shifted to where the body deems appropriate – and, for cannabinoids, that is the liver. When delta-9 THC is digested through the liver, what’s referred to as the first-pass effect takes place.
The first-pass effect describes the conversion of delta-9 THC to 11-hydroxy THC. This conversion is significant, as 11-hydroxy produces effects 5 times more potent than those of delta-9. On top of this, the “high” sensations expected are delayed. Edibles can take 30-90 minutes for effects to be felt, an important point to keep in mind if you’re in need of instant relief.
Scared? Don’t be! There are some tried-and-true adages to help provide a positive experience when dosing edibles.
Tips To Consuming Marijuana Edibles
The first thing to remember with edibles is: start low and go slow.
While 2.5-5mg sounds small, due to the first-pass effect, it is an ideal starting place for someone new to edibles consumption. It can be tempting to eat a second dose if you don’t feel anything after an hour, but try to wait at least two before adding another dose. CBD is great to have on hand if you get a little too snacky – the cannabinoid has shown to help mitigate some of the unwanted side effects of THC.
The second key thing to remember is: know your dose.
Knowing the dose you consumed for your medicating session is key to finding what works best for you. Remembering the effects, too, is key – if you attempted 2.5mg and felt a little relief but were comfortable, adding another 2.5mg dose your next session is a good place to start.

Frequently Asked Questions About MÜV Cannabis Chocolates
How Are MÜV Marijuana Chocolates Infused?
Cannabis chocolates are created by infusing with distillate. Distillate is added when chocolate is creamy, and the two are stirred together fully to achieve homogeneity.
Why Aren’t Cannabis Chocolates Caramel-filled?
Edibles, like all other products, cannot appeal to children in the state of Florida. To ensure this, only solid chocolates can be produced by dispensaries.
What Is The Difference Between Milk Chocolates and Caramel Milk Chocolates?
The only difference between milk and caramel milk chocolate is the ingredient list. Caramel Milk Chocolates contain natural caramel flavoring in addition to the milk chocolate recipe, while original milk does not! Each cannabis chocolate has the same milligrams per piece, and uses the same distillate that is not strain-specific.
Why Are Chocolates Only 10mg Per Piece?
To ensure no one accidentally consumes too large a dose, the Florida Department of Health required each edibles piece or dose to measure no more than 10mg.
If you are someone that needs a higher milligram dose to achieve desired effects, adding a dose of distillate or RSO atop your marijuana chocolate is a great supplement of cannabinoids.
